
How to brew our Beyond Focus blend at its best
This coffee doesn't ask much. Just the right approach.
Espresso machine
This is where the blend really comes into its own. The full body, the caramel, the long finish — that's what pressure does. Grind fine, set your machine to 93°C and give it 25 to 30 seconds. No more, no less. The fruity hint in the blend makes sure it never gets heavy.
Bean-to-cup machine
Works great. Freshly ground beans make the difference — not the machine. Set it to espresso or lungo, depending on your mood. The chocolate notes come through well either way.
Filter (V60, Chemex or regular filter machine)
This blend works on filter too. The character shifts a little — less body, more of the fresh edge and the fruit. Great if you prefer a big mug over a small cup.
What you don't do
Store ground coffee and hope for the best. Grind fresh, per cup. Those aromas you smell when you open the bag — you want them in your cup, not in the air.
