A quick trip to the supermarket for a pack of coffee. Fast and easy: pick a bag and go. Here, at Not Now, we see it differently. Selecting coffee is a conscious choice. With us, you pay for something else: coffee that we carefully select ourselves and roast in small batches so it arrives fresh at your door. No middlemen, no years-long stock sitting in a warehouse. Yes, that costs more because every step gets more attention. That is the difference you taste in your cup.

Not Now was born where entrepreneurship and passion meet. Just as I look for a bottle with a story when I choose wine, I missed coffee beans that say more than just how they taste.
I wanted to share the story of the coffee farmer who grows and picks their beans with care, and make sure those beans find their way to Belgium fairly.
But Not Now is also about what comes after: the moment you pour that coffee and the world can wait. Just a moment of nothing. A little time for yourself.
