Gently Untied

Picture this: you've wrapped up your day, you take a breath. You pour hot water, the scent of Ethiopian coffee fills the room. This is your moment.

This coffee asks for nothing except presence. Smooth and gentle, with notes of caramel and dark chocolate. There's a subtle movement within it, a fruity whisper that surprises just enough, a full body that holds you softly. Each sip becomes a pause, a space where you're completely with yourself. For those who turn coffee into a moment.

Our Not Now coffee beans are available in 250g or 1kg packs. Ready to grind and enjoy whenever you're ready.

Open book with someone reading, large window with city view in the background.
A hand presses a French press with coffee down next to a white bag and pastries on a wooden table by a window.
A green field with waving grass stalks, a sunny glow, and small yellow flowers.
